Recommend me a real-time analytics software?

Hi,
I am looking for a real-time analytics software for our clients' websites.
This should be like clicktale but a real-time version of it. (not just watch back a recorded session)
I don't just want to see the ip addresses of the visitors and their locations (there are live chat softwares which show that and even Google Analytics now)
I want something which would allow me to "sit behind my visitors back" and see what exactly he is doing on the site, how he uses it - IN REAL TIME.
This would allow me to optimize the site for providing a better website reading experience.
So far, i could find nothing like it. anyone know something out there?

0 • Off Topic Disagree Agree Like •I want to see my web visitor's browser on my computer and see how he uses my website.
Same thing as clicktale and visitorspy software -> but the problem with these software is that they are not real time. They all record the visitor sessions so i can only watch them back later.
I want to see this in real time, see the visitor's mouse activity etc... just as i was sitting behind his shoulder.
