Keyword rankings differ. (Please Help me)

Hi Friends,
I'm new to this forum. Hope i will learn many info regarding SEO.
I'm working as a Link Builder in a Indian SEO Company.
I have a problem in keyword rankings.
When i search in google.com for that particular keyword, i got it in the Top 1 position of the first page whereas when i search it in google.co.uk, i got that particular keyword ranking at 23rd position.
I have checked with my friends. They also told the same result.
But my client says, that he never got that particular keyword in first 3-4 pages of google.com and google.co.uk
Seriously i don't know how he didn't get the correct result since i'm doing SEO for other 4 of his sites. Only one sites gives me problem in keyword ranking.
Can anyone please help me to solve this issue.

0 • Off Topic Disagree Agree Like •Tell him to check on diffrent browsers. like fire fox or google chrome etc. It is just a simple matter I think. If you get any other solution for this problem then also tell me.
