  Well, +1’s are Google’s very own ranking signal.
  Google has started to look at +1’s as one of the many signals use to determine a page’s relevance and ranking, including social signals from other services
  
  +1’s are like a recommendation to the world that you “need to check this content”. Hence more the +1’s, means more quality traffic and hence you shine better in SERPs.

  I dont rate the social media websites for the ranking factors. It has its different value and different circumstances to bring traffic because all of the links on these social websites are nofollow when the link is nofollow how will Google will follow.

  Hello Friends, i want to know your experiences? How many of you check differences after +1 gplus button in SERPs.

  
  I prefer going to Google Plus rather clicking that Google plus button, I didn't notice any drastic change in my website ranking,Since i have started working on Google Plus..
