Can the H2 tag be used inside of the TITLE tag?

There, the topic says it so but let me clarify. I'm not optimizing my blog's post-titles with the <h2> tags. I'm wondering whether I can modify my blog's main <title> as so:
<title><h2>Blog Title</h2></title>

you can but that will be counter productive and i am not even sure if it will reflect in your page. Why would u want to do that ? what exactly is it that u want to achieve?

To get better results, use it within the body tag.
