Google love fresh and unique content, if you are update or change your content regularly, then your website/ webpage chache in google and other search engine database regularly. You can change your content of your website weakly.... You add your website office blog and update this regularly (daily or weekly) as possible.
If you think that your website's content is very old and have been copied than you can change your content. I have done this for http://www.debtconsolidation247.co.uk/ already.
i'd recommend carrying out a full review of your actual onsite content to determine which changes need to be made to help your site rank higher. modifying your static page copy too frequently could have a negative impact on your seo, so your best bet is to set up a blog or newsfeed that you can add to several times a week. this boosts your site's relevancy and keeps everything fresh!
