Hello,
1) I have trouble optimizing the primary keyword on the main page, because I can only effectively write it in the title and description tag. The reason is that there's no room on the front page for an article about the keyword. I cannot write it out near the top of the page neither, because it won't fit (design, structure reasons). Neither can I have it in the url because my main page is the domain (a brand name). Will my primary keyword even rank well (considering I'd have loads of quality content in all subdirectories of my web) even though I cannot optimize the main page?
2) And if this is the case on my top category pages also? Should I accompany my category page with text for better SEO?
Will someone who makes an optimized article page (also has the keyword in url) out-rank my "unoptimized" category/main page, even though I have more content inside?
Thank you so much.
