Using Youtube video on post or create a post using youtube video is Good or Bad? I heard it's not search engine friendly to use embed videos. Is it true?

Make sure it is your own video or one that is not copyright protected. Also, make sure that it is also relevant to the material in the post and the diversified content is actually good for SEO.
