  As per my experience, Organic seo stands for traffic which we are getting from free sources from search engine. Any paid click is not countable in this criteria. For getting maximum organic traffic, You have to get ranking for your site in most searched keywords. I have observed that conversion rate of this traffic is very high.

  They are both the same. They both drive traffic and revnue to certain websites in unpaid activities for them to show on SERPs. - in simple terms, it is the opposite of PPC (pay per click)
