2. What is the use of each tool?

    A forum is not the place to learn about the vast use of webmaster tools.
    You need a "full-blown guide" for that matter. I believe you are referring Google webmaster tools? Bing and Yahoo also have their version of webmaster tools so you need to state your intentions more clearly.

    SEMrush can be a good tool which you can use on your keyword researching or PPC campaign.
