  no i don`t think so because when u going to chnage server your website not going down so that it wont affect

  Changing server hosts may affect your rankings to an extent. For example, a slow server increases your page loading time thus giving a bad user experience. It might also affect your local search rankings negligibly.

  Yes it does - depending on what server hosts are you going to change your website into. There are several hosting that are slow and not conducive for your website, and sometimes you gives you some errors which may affect your websites' crawlability and rankings.
