  If you can get more traffic, visitors to your site, obviously your website will be crawled often. One can even use Google Webmaster tool to adjust the crawl rate for the site, but no one can estimate when will SE bots crawl the site

  Your content must be unique and must contain useful information so that visitors get attract towards it. More traffic more crawl rate. You can also do social bookmarking to high page rank sites.

  do SBM social bookmarking
  do Directory Submission
  do Rss Submission
  Submit Sitemap to google webmaster tools
  
  you can do these submissions in which place have maximum page rank.
