  First sign-in to the Google Webmaster Tools, then its Dashboard will appear, in that there will be given a Add a Site, call to action button. Click it & add your site URL, then it will show you a three steps to add the code to your site, follow anyone step & do the necessary.

  simple find on Google search engine webmaster tool you will get first website of Google webmaster just go and signup and submit your website and check your website current situation after submitting your website sitemap as well .

  Open google webmasters tools and create your account.
  
  On Deshborad there is Add to site button, click on it
  
  Enter your website url and click to continue.
  
  Choose one of the given verification method and verify your website.
  
  create sitemap.xml and submit it.

  You need to submit your website on Google and Yahoo webmaster. Firstly sign up for both search engines then follow the below:-
  1. Google: - Go to www.google.com/webmasters/tools Then add your website URL and then you will get two option:-
  
  (i) Download the yahoo webmaster file and upload it in your root directory
  (ii) You can also copy Meta tag and paste it on below Meta keyword tag of your home Page.
  
  2. Yahoo:- Go to siteexplorer.search.yahoo.com and follow the above same steps.

  2. Click the Add a site button, and type the URL of the site you want to add. Make sure you type the entire URL, such as http://www.example.com/
  3. Click Continue. The Site verification page opens.
  4. (Optional) In the Name box, type a name for your site (for example, My Blog).
  5. Select the verification method you want, and follow the instructions.

  i would suggest you to make a Gmail account and then sign in with web master tools and then you have to add your website in it. Google webmaster tool will give you a code which you needs to put in the website HTML code below body text. Then verify it.
