    All are effective if you asked me but people's choises are different. Some people usually prefer to choose .com domain but there are no effect in seo that if you choose co.us and it's hard to get ranking in google, all thinking is wrong. Choose whatever you like. N.B. : If you target any country then i advice you choose domain according to country. For Example, If you are targeting London then Choose your domain co.uk.
