Keyword Rank Tracking Software - Need Suggestions for several urls, here's my needs and wants...

Please help, I'm looking for suggestions on what tool & services will track my rankings and fit my needs...

I have around 20 Domains/Sites all with similar target keywords. I've used Marketing Samurai and CuteRank to track my keyword rankings in the past. I like that Marketing Samurai shows my keywords and what domains/page ranked for each. These seams to be a hard feature to find.

ie.
Keyword "Example Phase"
Google Rank 3 - Domainsample.com/page.html
Google Rank 7 - Anothersite.com/myhomepage.php
Google Rank 9 - Onemoreurl.com/index.html

Keyword "My Sample Phrase"
Google Rank 1 - Anothersite.com/eyeswideopen.php
Google Rank 5 - Domainsample.com/myrank.html
Google Rank 6 - onemoreurl.com/index.html

Marketing Samurai does not allow the rankings to be updated on a scheduler, where Cuterank does nor does it track history in detail.

I also don't like that there are no good reporting tools in Marketing Samurai where as CuteRank has some reports but does not support mult-domains shown together.

Here's my Keyword Tracking Software needs:
Track several domains side-by-side (see above example)
Runs on scheduler
Tracks ranking history
Does at least 100 results deep
Tracks at least 200 keywords
Tracks results in Bing & Google

Here's my Keyword Tracking Software wants:
Has basic reports
Track competitors sites
Can use their own proxy or at least allows for custom delays
Has a one time up front cost, would prefer no subscriptions
Can add notes to keyword or time lines
Can show rank change compared to previous and or against another date
Export Data
If I could assign my on value for either sorting or determining the keyword/phase value
ie. If I sell die-cast cars "Where to Buy Die-Cast Cars" is worth more to me that the phrase "What is a Die-Cast Car". If I could assign a value it would help when evaluating and reporting.
Might be nice in the SEO software package:

Integration with Google Analytics
Can track rank in Google Images, Videos, News, Bing Images, ect
Allow for Multiple Geo-Specific / Location Rankings
Grouping results
Social Media Results
Track & display back links with full URL

I've looked at SEO Power Suite, Magic Rank Tracker, Advanced Web Ranking, and of coarse Marketing Samurai & CuteRank Pro but it is difficult uncovering if it meets my needs. I'm open to any and all suggestions for either a desktop software or even a web based service for tracking my rankings across domains.
