    I doubt that google would ever penalise you for having a page with this title, although excessive reciprocal links would do nothing for your ranking anyway.

    so, its ok to keep it, but I think it will be of minimal value, sorry!

    First decide your nice and keyword make proper seo friendly website than start validating as per w3c standard. once everything is up and ready go to online and find your site content and everything is unique than check keyword and meta tagg option which is also important.
