I heard dot edu and dot gov backlinks are best for a website to get a healthy rank in google. Is it true? In a SEO video in youtube they said 1 edu backlink= 20 general backlinks! Is it real??

Yes .edu and .govt backlinks are best for website because they have high pr website and crowler visit every one-two hours..
