If we get more and more back-link on the website and create use repeat articles then it will count number as new spamming and Search engines will keep it in the sand box due to which the rank of our website will quit increasing
please discuss me different perspective of sand box.

If your website is not performing, it does not mean it is sandboxed or something... It simply means, you need to put in more efforts to rank high.

Though that is not always the case as I have also seen sites come back from the sandbox with lower ranking, it is just not as often that I see this.
I disagree with the new site theory some people are posting here, what puts a new site in the sandbox is the same thing that puts an old site there, doing too much too fast or too soon as well as low quality.
My breakdown by hats would be; Black Hat = Ban, White Hat = Fine, Grey Hat = Sandbox. You are put in the sandbox to validate your legitimacy because your site though it seems relevant is using Black Hat techniques to gain ranking. Basically your site is legitimate and relevant but your linking strategy is not, that is what I believe gets you in the sandbox, regardless of what Google or anyone else says, this is my experience with the sandbox.
The way to stay out of the sandbox is to build your links naturally at a reasonable and steady rate in my opinion and from what I have seen.

The result is that a new site does not receive good rankings for its most important keywords and keyword phrases for few months. Even with good content, many inbound links, a new website may still adversely affected by the Sandbox effect.
