Help: Geaographic location in webmaster tool

My site www.kiyasenescort.com is an indian website.I want visiter in India majorly.So where i have to set my geographic target in webmaster tool- in India or in United State?.Plz give my right suggestion and also tell why?

Well, I think that if you want to establish your website for the indian market, you should choose Canada in webmaster tools. Come on, use your common sense...
