Want To Sell Advertising Space on Blogroll on Different Niche

I have one main site which is more than 3 years old and I developed 7 blogs on different niches.
My intention was to generate traffic from the blogs from different spectrum as my site caters to general subjects.

Most blogs are well developed - rank high - but not regularly updated.

Now I want to monetize them as I need to hire some writers to update them on a regular basis. So I am planning to sell some blogrol links for advertising purpose.

These are the niches.

I don't sell links per month or year. Only permanent.

Although not important - all blogs are PR3 while main site is PR5.
