want to know confusion on google analytic result and google search for my site

hello friends
my site is coming on 200 to 300 rank on google com with the keywords those are very competitive no matter i know the site is much new but how it is possible when i check google analytics i find there with same competitive keywords has been searched for my site.
and if i pick a keyword from google analytic search list and check it on google.com search i find there is no search result for my site within even 100 rank.
can any one be please to suggest me the confusion.
