  You can definitely use Google adsense. But you can also upload your videos to video sharing site or video streaming site. Videobb is only one of many out there. Upload once and the mirror those out to different sites. You get pay when they watch the movie, you can also give them download links. Filesonic pay you $30/1000 downloads I think. And you can also sign up to be an affiliate on those sites and sell premium memberships.

  If you're getting 500 unique visitors a day, you should definitely be making at least some money off of it.
  
  I would
  * use Adsense in the sidebar only
  * monetize with Amazon Associates as webspider20 mentioned. Try using ReviewAzon. Works for me.
  * use an opt-in list of new releases and/or updates and use email marketing to introduce and sell more movies.

  Netflix is really spot on to promote because it's a real no brainer. Other than that, just doing what you're doing now.
