DMOZ submission if no editor

If a category I'm submitting to in DMOZ has no editor (there's a link at the bottom of the page saying volunteer to be the editor, so I'm assuming the category doesn't have one), is it still worthwhile submitting to this category, or is it better to find a similar one that does have an editor?
