hi everyone i am a blogger. my posts are related to gossips and movie and news in my blog. and its linked to adsense. i am getting traffic from youtube. and little from facebook. i want some more traffic to my blog. how to get that traffic. how to get backlinks from top PR sites and mainly how to get listed in google. please help me.

2) you have no original content on your site, its all copied from other sources (your site adds zero value to the internet, or google's index)
3) your navigation goes nowhere, and does nothing (your site architecture isnt even bad, its just non existant)
4) you have a total of 12 posts in the history of your site, thats such a tiny, tiny amount of content that its laughable.
Sorry if im sounding harsh, but this is not a zero effort game.
you get out of it what you put into it, and in the case of the site you mention, that is very, very little.

2. Start writing unique content on your chosen area. Write at least 20 articles
3. Then do some of the link building tips that Panks suggested
4. Keep adding 3-4 blog posts each day - always 100% unique. Never copy anything.
In time you will make progress. Carry on doing your FB and Youtube stuff, so long as you are not just spamming for traffic.
