Can Some one can explain me , If i use more back links in my site, will it be cause any harm to my site
mainly my site objective is give the information to people, so in that i want use all the web site urls

yeah you can have,provided the sites should have valid and quality content..
even it is advantageous,in turn if you get back links from that sites so that you have chances of improving page rank.
