Way to find good "do follow" blogs?

Though I'm generally a bit confused by the idea of "do follow" blogs, being a noob, I have had difficulty finding them, let alone using them for link building. I tried a few "do follow search engines", but their results all missed the mark and brought me thoroughly irrelevant sites. Does anybody know what the best resource for "do follow" blogs would be?

    can boost your search engine rankings really fast if you can find quality blogs related to your niche.
    Finding Do Follow Blogs with high pagerank can be a really difficult task so i am sure this list will be helpful for many of you but remember i compiled this list for you to get a easy backlink while comment on a blog not to spam the crap out of these blogs,spamming can turn these blogs into nofollow and all your effort is wasted.
