I actually had a bad experience with employee from India.

I managed a small seo team of 15 people and we decided to try outsource services of dedicated employees from India (there's a lot of companies that including service with full support in India and your country).

Anyway, we took 4 (all with 1st degree in something) employees that I guided via skype/video/mails and managed on a daily bases.

A simple task as "write a post of X words with Y times of the Keywords Z" had to be taught several times and even than afer a week or two they started to change everything you asked them.

After replacing few of them few times we decided to give it up.

your conclusion is wrong, not all of them good in SEO, because the population mass it seems like they rules.

I see that, Then that might be the case of my so limited observation, that lead me to such curiosity because most sites and blogs i landed from a series of web surfing and researching about SEO, most of them bloggers are from India. I have no experiences whatsoever involving with them so far. Another thing that i observed is that i notice a lot of Indian freelancer with incredible resumes but then ask for too little rates. How possible is that? possessing a lot of skills as stated in your CV and yet you ask for a very low rate? Just doesn't sound right to me.

Well that just simply goes with the truth that there are good and bad, in your case though you weren't so lucky. So my question is answered.

In my opinion seo expertise is not country specific and it depends on interest and also the learning ability.

The rates are low because the cost of living is very low :).

In my case they weren't freelancers, maybe the freelancers are better.
