  I prefer social bookmarking with high PR. You can get a juice from those sites that can help your site for google crawling.

  Whether or not some people prefer one or the other. I say do both! It cannot hurt for you to spend thirty minutes submitting your website it 10-30 social bookmarking. Article Submission is also a great idea for backlinks though because it can provide your website with good backlinks with excellent anchored text!

  Both are important, Social bookmarking is one of the great methods for generating traffic on any website. And article submission provides links too.
