Tool to track backlinks and their impact on search engines

I own several sites and am constantly building several 1000 backlinks for them.
Is there a tool to monitor all those backlinks basically to find out if they are still active, anchor text and page rank of domain providing backlink. This tool should be able to track search engine rankings periodically and see if the backlinks are actually making any improvements to the site/url.
Any one know such a tool? Please let me know.
