Will exchanging links harm my blog?

  Yes Link Building is important but Content is more important...Only link building will not help you...

  If you exchange links in the Same Niche I dont think it should be an issue...as I see your Page Rank is 1...but to much linking is not recommended...try to submit some of your articles to social bookmarking sites...like Digg etc..

  I don't think it can harm your site right away but the link isn't high quality, in fact I think it will have no effect at all. Link exchange doesn't work anymore since 2008

  yes. it is harmful for your blog.
  if you want to exchange links then please buy a domain. then don't worry about exchange links

  You should have the valuable content in your blog and must have the relevancy to the site where from you want to exchange link.

  i think commenting on high pr blogs will help you alot,, but link exchanging i dont think it is right... i dont think that google likes link exchange,,, so it is better to comment on high pr relevant blogs..
