I am believe that social bookmarking is the best off page activity and At this time I am use for only getting index the site-link into the SERP, otherwise I am not prefer to social bookmarking submission cause of not effect in goggle search engine.

Yes. Its good way to get traffic. but don't forget other technique as well . like Blog commenting . forum posting etc .
