  I will also do what other people said, i have some of my reference since different ways have different result and take different time consumption.
  1st -> social bookmarking -sometimes Google and other search engine pick them up really fast.
  2nd -> classified ads
  3rd -> networking (twitter, facebook, linkedinetc)
  4th-> forums
  5th ->directories
  6th ->article submission

  1. define the niche you are in
  2. Look for sites that are in related areas
  3. Submit to Press Release, Article, Forums, Blogs, Directories, and More
  
  Keep going and rotating them with keyword anchors. Hope that helps
