  Yup, you can install the SEOquake plugin for firefox or chrome. Don't know if they have one for IE. There's a feature inside that plugin that highlights no-follow links on the pages you visit. If the links in a page are no-follow, then chances are you'll also get a no-follow backlink when you make a post.

  For this regard, you can take the help of various plugins and add-ons. I am using Mozilla Firefox and I have installed Nodofollow add-on. You can also go for this. After installing this add-on, you just need to tick on the nodofollow add-on that you will find on right click. It will display two colors red suggest nofollow and purple suggest dofollow.

  SEo quake is a great way to check that if a Link is Dofollow or Nofollow . it always provides many matrices to judge competitors Like , number of index pages in google, yahoo ,bing. it also gives SEMRUSH info. etc .

  You can use SEO quake and it will run properly on chrome and Mozilla. Then you can see any site that it is do-follow or no-follow.
  Then you can post on any as per your need. But do follow back link is much result oriented than no follow.
  basically i use backlinksindexer for quality back linking.

  There are many SEO extensions depending on what browser you use.
  If you only need o check dofollow/nofollw use a light plugin and not the entire seo quake. ;) WIll keep your browsing experience fast.

  You can install nofollow addons for firefox (addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/nodofollow/) and after installed restart the firefox after that you apen that site you want check link after opened the site right click on site and click the nofollow now you can see where the link in showing in blue color are dofollow and those links showing in red or pink color are nofollow.

  You can simply check the source code of the URL for rel="nofollow". If the "rel" tag exists in the source code of the URL within to it means the link is nofollow.

  I use Seo Quake and quark search status is best for check up do follow and no follow links. I am working last three years use seo Quake and Quirk search status that help me find do follow links from search engine. If you have any other tool that define do follow links.

  you can also check by going to the source, if their is No Follow or No Index tag is give with the link then it is not a do follow...

  Mozilla has very good add ons of "Search status" which has facility to highlight nofollow links or you can check source of the page where there is not nofollow
  attribute it is dofollow links.

  Firefox web browser has good plug-in called "No-Dofollow". After you installed it, restart web browser. Now go to any social bookmarking site, or any web site and right click, now you can see Firefox context menu. In it click "NoDoFollow". Now all the dofollow links highlighted in light blue color. I have no idea about Chrome or other web browser.
