  Yes, It will surely be penalized most specially if it will be done again and again, to avoid it just post a quality comments that will really makes a lot more sense to read by other readers. Comments use to be a way of reacting to the post that had been made you react with, not relating any inappropriate things that does not mentioned in the article you've read.

  From this discussion I get the idea how where to make the comment and what should the comment contain but everythign that I want has not been cleared. I have think about my lacking and write another thread best describing that.

  To become a successful blog commentator,you will make a habit to post useful content on relevant blogs.If you will take care about relevancy of blogs and post useful and relevant content then your all blog comments will approve definitely.Never try to do spam on blogs and do this work honestly.

  There are actually NO special ways to become a blog commenter. The only tips to creative a quality comment is to read the blog contents and comment according to what is being shared, either by contradicting the content, adding more about the content, or probably asking valid questions about the content shared.

  In fact there is no special way, as blog commentators. The only secret is to read the blog comment on the quality of creative content, and comments based on shared, either by contradictory elements, adding more content, and may even require a valid question to share content.

  I am doing so. I am always doing somethign just like your suggestion. But I am not always getting the optimum result. Mind that I am a fresh blood. There are many things that are not clear to me. Say, I comment on a blog and it is pending to be approved. When it will be approved how can I know? I have many other questions that are to be clarified.

  Just to add, once you are familiar with blogs and footprints to find blogs, eventually you would need to look at PR to make sure that your comments help with SEO. Use SEOQuake to know the PR of the sites you're posting on.

  I think blog commenting is more tough than the blog posting. as if you will comment in wrong way then you will be banned and you can post blog with good content.

  I know your all difficulties in blog commenting, blog commenting is not tough job, but it will be take more time. Don't worry choose latest and interesting news and try to give good comment under blog post then if you can get backlink from this post that is good for your site.

  Your comment being approved will depend on the owner of the blog where you commented on. You can save the link where you have commented yet not approved and get back to it to check whether your comment is already live or not.
  
  There are no other ways to get instant live blog comment. All you need to do is to search one by one relevant blogs where you think you can get a live blog comment right away. It also depends on the platform of the blog where you commented if you can make an achor text link or not. some allows, some do not - depending again on the blog owner.
  
  Lastly, never use a software to create back link for your website through blog comments. It is totally spammy and you may regret it later on.

  dont use spam words like thanks, nice post, great resource etc....post comment related to that blog . nowadays most of blog writers did not accept blog comments they consider its like spam...better you write blogs

  As DaveVelasco said is correct, however I just wanted to give you a tip, first of all you will want to make a folder in your bookmarks specifically for bookmarking pages that you have posted backlinks on so that you can easily find the sites you have posted on. After you have posted your comment and bookmarked the site you will want to clear your browser cache/cookies so that when you return to see if your comment has been moderated it won't show you a cached page saying that your comment is awaiting moderation.   Blog commenting only goes as far as the actual blog mate. People are providing manual blog comments but the reality is it's semi-manual - they scrape a huge list of about 1m, then they check the page ranks and keep the PR2+ blogs, then they set up scrapebox in slow commenter mode/manual commenting and they use TBS to spin around 100 blog comments they initially generated (well I say generated, but some of them are even more sneaky and scrape these from high PR blogs). Don't believe what everyone says when it comes to providing services, do you honestly think people would do 1000 manual blog comments for $30 like they say when they can use scrapebox and make it look manual?

  When you will post a comment in any blog then it will depend upon the author that your comment will be accepted or not it may be that your comment will be not relevant to that article regarding that you will be commented.
  
  You must be post comment relevant to that Article.
  and if not approved at that time then you will save that post URL and trackback after some time.
  
  Some Blog comments will be approved at instantly but it will general No-Follow.
  
  In some blogs comments Anchor text will not accepted so we simply post the keyword .
  
  Software will not many time helpful for generate backlinks.:eek:
