  Nobody would allow you to promote your website blatantly on his blog... This is why there is anchor text on your username which redirects the user to your website.

  See just because you aren’t allowed to post links doesn’t mean you exclude it from your SEO campaign. It is quite effective in getting quality links to your site. People start recognizing you if you are contributing value.

  -Find niche related blogs
  -Never use a name that looks spammy (like ‘buy money online’)
  -Only comment if you have something valuable to add to the discussion
  -Respond to comments responsibly
  -Comment in a casual tone
