  This is good Idea. but for article directory , you should find one. not waiting for some one.

  there is one major issue with 3 way link exchange. if one gives you a link to site A and you give a link from site B, you can pull down or do anything to the site B later on. and it will be a waste of an effort for the one doing link exchange with you. I think in proper SEO, a link from both ways is important. I am a newbee. maybe I donot understand why SEOers do 3 way links. can you please guide me first, I have many sites with me though.
