Well if they want a reciprocal link then you get pretty much nothing out of it because that is basically link exchange and google does not like that. When they want an email, just make a new one for that purpose or use a temporary mail like 10minutemail.

using temporary mail is good idea, but im looking for directory just like Dmoz
o yeah, sorry, dmoz need email for website submission, yahoo also need email. i also submitted to some webdirectory but my email full with their bulk email. so there is no webdirectory doesn't need email and reciprocal link?
See, Normally when we submit our site to particular directory that time it is not instantly approved. It takes time to get approved. And we will be informed by directory administrator through email. So, Email is a important factor. It's very tough task to find such directories but you can use free emails like yahoo.com, ibibo.com, etc. but, I think they also not allowed in all the sites.
And about without reciprocal links, You will get such directories of just regular links through Google search.

Off Topic Disagree Agree LikeLooks like quality directory too.
I actually submitted to a link directory in the UK, and about 15 of their sites have my link. I did have to put 1 link on 1 page. :(
