  Yahoo Gives More Importance to Keywords in domain & keyword density on web pages. First thing you should do is .. Increase the Primary Keyword's Density !

  Yahoo and Google are search engines, and I think they have the same way to determine the most related site for the search query. Target your audiences with your keywords and well optimize the site through On Page and Off Page Optimization.

  exactly the same for google.. just make sure you have the basics in an article
  - keyword in the title
  - keyword in the first paragraph of the article
  - keyword 1/2 more time in the article body
  
  create your href link from the 'first' keyword in the first paragraph of the article + once more in the body to
  main domain and an inner page on your site

  I don't try to rank in any particular search engine. I prefer to build quality backlinks and content, and this should help to rank in all search engines. I think Yahoo, Bing, and Google work in the same way. You need a website with a lot of quality backlinks.

  Bing now owns yahoo and it is basically the same. Search engine results a slightly different from Google to Yahoo, etc, but Yahoo would put more on page emphasis, and the quality of links do not matter as much with Yahoo, as it does with Google.
