  you have to comment depend upon your category so you mention your category means we will provide you some websites.

  Its quite easy...but make sure you don't leave a spam comments to get back listed.. Type any word (for example if you want to comment on nay car makes..) in Google with car name "leave a reply" or "powered by disqus".. The first one goes to administrator to check you're not spammer, the second one gets approved soon.

  i dont think that it is a good approach... because if you comment on any blog ,just for the links then it is called spamming and penguin will penalized your site and you will be in deep trouble. better to comment on relevant blog sites for the good future of your site...
