First of all, spend some of your time in directory submission, social bookmarking and there after go for Forum posting. Do forum posting as much you can. Because forums are the site which are well crawled by the Google and you can get solid back links from it. After forum posting you can go for Article submission and blog commenting. At the end go for the SMO of your site. It will help you to increase the page rank of your site.

I agree with mahni1390 that you need to keep the on-page SEO working alongwith off-page SEO. You need to keep track of the on-page activities like keyword research to check the fluctuations in the search count and competition and update accordingly so as to keep your website updated.

All replies are so overwhelming and informative and i am using first fast approvel directory submission, then going for social bookmarking submission by targeted keywords and keep that keywords in tag which you willing to target. Now go for forum posting and blog commenting because a links which you might be getting from these two will be relly powerful in having result SERP.

well for starters Forum posting is the best method because it gives much , crunchy google scores. Then you go to directories( which is really easy) and if you have time then you can do blog posting and blog commenting.
