Help for article/recipes submission

I have a website named http://www.food-lover.com


I registered for the food recipes website but you get only as submitted by me and not Food Lovers' Catering website.

Could you please help me as to how should i go about to submit articles/recipes from my domain name?

Or the websites i should submit my articles to get some links.

    Easiest way to do it manually is to research which article sites are appropriate for your articles, and then sign up for each of them, using the same name, email and information/login/password on all of them.

    Write GOOD and CLEAN articles that use your website as an example, rather than articles about your site/business.

    The article should be general and informative, rather than advertisment. This gets more and more important the more serious place you submit to.

    There are tons of article sites out there, so search google for what fits you best. 30-50 sites are ok to start with. There are article sites for only golf articles - so those are no use for a food site, for instance. So be careful and only submit to those that you understand will actually take up your article.
