  I use only manual submission and i like the links created manually as they always work for best.

  You can never get huge or long lasting success with link building tools.
  Such tools gets you loads of backlinks in short time, which may appear spammy to search engine may penalize you for this practice.
  
  Its better to get backlinks manually.. The approach is slow but steady.

  I never worked with such tools. I always chase my competitors and i see how and where they have linked.. Google is ever best for everything ...
