My URL is not indexing! why?

Could anyone help me! Im doing linkbuilding on one of our client website. the website is completely related to company electronic products with their Product Id's. Their are bulk no. of dynamic product pages. But the product pages are not indexing for so long time. Since i'm working for 20 days for one product page. Im doing Search engine submission to that page daily.But the page is not indexed in google. why? Could anyone suggest to Index the page in google. Its very helpful for me.
