  Google does keep changing the algorithms quite often, but this time they have made an official announcement. I don't think that has anything to do with the recent changes in the page rank.

  that algo doesn't seam right to me at all... to sound repetitive, please provide us with the source so we can see for ourselves. Also, you forgot the data collected by Google Toolbar, that also influences a good deal of our rankings, especially regarding site speed and malware...

  That seems quite simplistic to be the real formula. For example the PageRank component alone occupies a lot of code (see the Wikipedia listing for the code).

  Thanks For best information about new Algorithms 2011. Such a best and fast services provider. Here i add some more information about new Google Algorithms. Google recently completed some changes to their algorithm. The changes were supposed to punish websites with poor quality. It also scraped content and cause better written, more original material to rise to the top.
