I see some websites have no pr information and some has 0. So whats the difference? If google is specifically saying 0 then does that mean its something bad?
I look at a PR0 as being better than a PR not available. PR0 seem to be crawled more often. If the pr is n/a it may not have been crawled yet, very new or doesnt have many links pointing to it.
If a site have PR 0 that means it applicable for assign any PR in coming future by google. Whereas PR NA means the site doesn't applicable by google yet to assign any PR.
