Does Google Index .cs files?

  presuming you are referring to cascading style sheets, or .CSS files, then no - you dont need to use meta tags, google does download them but does not interpret them as actual content, just styling information.

  As i heard Google index all types of pages, so i think no any problems are come in indexing if your page format is right.
