  Google gives more priority to the content of the site.Goods quality content will help you to get better ranking in Google.The other way is to get back link form the high PR sites.So, the more is the back link, the more is the PR.

  I have just been on your website, it looks like you are focusing on google adsense. You have to target each of the areas separately. I can see that you have loads of subpages-it must have taken you quite a bit to put all that content together for different occassions. I can only say good luck
