Yahoo search still exist in the UK as a seperate entity to Bing, as far as I am aware the Yahoo Bing collab is a US deal. Anyway that is either here nor there recently comScore did some research on search in the US and found Google generated over 10.3 billion searches in July alone while others just about gained 2 billion each, thus Google retained 65% of the market. However as Google has a big share of the market more search engines will team up on a global basis to stop Google in there tracks. Thus in order to place in Yahoo, Bing, Ask you have to do some competitor research on SERP for that specific engine as the criteria for SERP differs from engine to engine, in addition each search engine has there own tools so you will probably gain more insight utlising there tools to analyse how that engine sees your site. Sorry about the swings and roundabouts how something in my gooblydeegop helped:)
Hi everybody, You shared information here that yahoo is now powered by bing but I have not read anywhere about it. If you have any proof so that I can trust it so please provide me.
i've good result with few keywords on Google and Bing but interestingly not on Yahoo.
Any specific reason.
I'm under impression that if one is in Google search result, must be in Yahoo no matter on which position.
Yahoo and Google are different search engines, expect that they also have different algorithms. It doesn't mean that if a site is good in Google, will also be good in Yahoo, or vice versa.

did u submit you url in yahoo ??
it makes no difference... submitting directly to the search engines doesn't mean you will guarantee indexing of site or even getting a good search engine rankings.

Yahoo as a search engine no longer exists. Their results are now powered by BING so if you are appearing on BING, you MUST be appearing on yahoo.
Neither Bing/Yahoo have anything to do with google, so it is entirely possible that you appear in a different place, or not at all compared to google.
