Which is the most power full update is it Google Panda or Google Penguin?

    I believe they are both powerful. Panda targetted content thin websites and Penguin targets overoptimized websites. They have caused havoc with many white hat sites even though they were supposed to target black hat sites.

    My advice would be to rewrite new pages from scratch until these pages start rising in SERP and rewrite the rest of the pages in light of this experience. With this algorithm change a lot of under-optimized sites are rising in SERP simply because Penguin has buried major sites. In our business one person dealers with a small office are now on page 1 and large dealers with hudnreds of staffs are on page 10. This is not serving customers but Google's ego. Unless artificial intelligence advance a robot is a non-intelligent creature which will cause more harm than good if applied at such a large scale. Many people end up losing their jobs because of their inanity.

    Actually, the Penguin update can hits your website if you have Keyword Stuffing. I have been noticed recently how many people put on their website different combinations of keywords in the Meta-Keyword, some of them irrelevant to the page and expect to rank for all of them. They just confuse the crawler.
