    There are no any reason for changing your meta tag, description and keywords. Its depend on you that in which keyword you want to take your site rank. If your keyword giving good result and traffic than there is no need of changing just go with it. And if you are not satisfied with the keyword of meta tag than you go for the change and there is no any written time for changing any thing on site it depends on you that what you want from the site.

    It is best if your site is not constantly changing to leave meta information as is. There is no reason to change it unless your site is changing it's content. Also, I am not completely sure about how harmful that is but given Google's track record of regulations I'm quite sure they will not allow you to change your meta information very often without penalty. I would give my site around 6 months before modifying meta unless my meta information was not really correct from the beginning. You'll want to fix that as soon as possible and leave it alone.

    Yes you can change your meta tag according to your site content updation. Changing meta tag is a nice factor to get priority in search engine. Changing meta tag is the process to attract more and more visitors on your site and by satisfy their wants you can get higher result in the search engine result.

    Meta tags should not be changed at regular interval. If your website is doing good with the keywords rankings you should not alter your Meta Tags.
