Required speed for my site

Hi,

My client wants to develop their site using PHP Development with faster loading and i got suggestion that PHP smarty is good for faster loading site.

Can anyone tell me your experience on this?

    I have heard that PHP makes your website load faster. In my case, my website google fax used several php codes to make it load faster, even the images. I think the layout and design of the website will also contribute to the speed of your site.

    Website loading time is an important factors for Google so it is a good idea to go with PHP to increase it's performance. The best way to decrease it's loading time is by avoiding too much scripts in website.
